Message	paint everytime. I have never seen one stand up to a garage that is really used. Oils, fluids, impacts, etc all would make a mark and then once you have a mark, it just starts coming up from there. I slick fiished the cement in my garage and then left it that way. It cleans up nice and I don't have to worry about it. Does not look as nice as a freshly painted floor, but it looks 10 times better than a painted floor that is starting to peel up. My .02 anyway.
